Sahih Bukhari


Translation:

It is narrated from Umar bin Khattab (R.A) that " I heard it from the Prophet ﷺ He was saying that: "All actions depend on intention and every person will get the result of every action according to his intention. Therefore, the one whose migration (emigration) is to gain worldly wealth or for the purpose of marrying a woman. So his migration will be for the things that he has migrated with the intention of obtaining."
